United Service Station Refurbishments

Lutana, Bridgewater & Sorell, Tasmania

Macquarie Builders were selected to complete renovations to existing United stores at Lutana, Bridgewater & Sorrell. Each of the sites operated in a temporary sales area whilst the main structures were refurbished. Everyone involved, including site workers, supervisors and subcontractors were to follow United Petroleum’s OH&S and environmental policies.

Individuals were required to minimize the risk of an environmental incident by implementing precautionary and control measures. Renovations consisted of upgrades to the retail front, with a short duration program (4 months each site).
