Liverpool Street - Commercial Redevelopment

Liverpool Street – Commercial Redevelopment

This project consists of a complete internal demolition and refit of the existing building in Liverpool Street. The new fit out will consist of works over two levels, with 6 ground floor tenancies and 4 level 1 tenancies, with a lift installation for access to each. We are completing the base building works for each tenancy, including all service installations. Remedial works will also be completed to the building’s façade and new shop fronts installed.

Skretting Australia Product Warehouse & Pulveriser Building

Skretting Australia Product Warehouse & Pulveriser Building

Macquarie Builders were engaged to complete the first stage of works at the Skretting Australia factory in Cambridge. The scope of works consists of construction of a large new steel framed product warehouse as well as associated civil works, creating new roads and truck turning circles so vehicles can access the new warehouse and streamline the production and packing processes for the client.
Macquarie Builders have also secured stage 2 of the works, consisting of raising the roof on the pulveriser building and all associated structural steel works within the building.

Elizabeth Street - Apartments & Commercial Redevelopment

Elizabeth Street – Apartments & Commercial Redevelopment

Macquarie Builders were engaged to complete the refit of this heritage building, consisting of a complete internal demolition of the building and then a refit of the four levels.
Keeping in line with the building’s heritage specification, some of the original heritage brick walls have now been left exposed as a feature, as well as the original timber floors being re-installed after sub-floor strengthening and framing works took place. The fit-out was completed to high standard over the four levels and includes a basement level, base building works for a new tenancy on the ground floor and four up-market apartments on the upper levels.

St Michael’s Collegiate School – Pool Entrance & Changerooms

Following from Macquarie Builders’ work on the redevelopment of the science block at St Michael’s Collegiate School, we were further engaged to upgrade the pool entrance and change-rooms.
