The Avenue Refurbishment

Two substantial character buildings “Derwent” and “Esperance” located on the fringe of the commercial township and adjoining the recently developed Woolworths Supermarket, provide an area of some 2,156m² and a great starting point for new development. Macquarie Builders won the contract to complete stage 1 of the refurbishment works on the buildings at the Avenue, New Norfolk, which has planning approval for medical centre, health consulting rooms, offices, shops and cafe.
