Macquarie Builders were selected to construct two new amenities facilities at 3 Jetty Road & 21 Harmony Lane, South Arm. Both constructions were architectually designed. Scope of works consisted of demolition of existing toilet blocks and construction to upgrade the design and features. Major Activities included demolition, carpentry & timber claddings, wall & floor linings, roofing, and electrical & hydraulic services.
