Macquarie Builders were selected to link two pre-existing house located on the Sandy Bay waterfront. The link extension contains a kitchen and family entertainment area with luxury fittings including imported hardwood, marble and stone. Construction required minor demolition work to prepare the site for the extension and the linked house were also renovated and converted into living spaces and bedrooms.

Macquarie Builders utilised a variety of specialist joinery and flooring solutions to ensured that the fittings were of the highest quality.
