Macquarie Builders were engaged to construct this stage of the development for Uniting Aged Care and comprised 5 double storey blocks of concrete and masonry construction with 4 units per block. The facility has 20 independent living units with two bedrooms, separate bathroom, a large living room, a fully appointed kitchen with granite benches and a lock up garage. Fenced patio/outdoor space provide suitable privacy in a community environment.
