Macquarie Builders were selected by the Stanton Management Group and Southern Cross Care to construct 20 multi story units at the Mount St Canice site. Mount St Canice is a retirement home where units were built as part of Stage 7.
The main structure comprised tilt panel construction, post tensioned slabs and employed extensive use of structural steel in a concrete framed structure. Completed on time in May 2011, this stage of the complex exceeded the expectations of the client and management team.
