Macquarie Builders won the contract to construct the architect designed amenities at Long Beach in Lower Sandy Bay. Scope of works consisted of demolition of the existing toilet block, including relocation of plumbing & electrical services, and construction of a new amenities facility. Works involved concrete work, structural steel work & metalwork, as well as carpentry & timber claddings, and wall & floor linings.
