The Ball & Chain Apartments are very unique. They consist of four luxurious individual apartments, two of which are built above the restaurant itself and two between the cliff face. The two apartments above the restaurant have great views over Salamanca Place and the waterfront, though access to them is only through Battery Point unless on foot.
