Macquarie Builders were contracted for construction of the Australian Nurses Federation’s new offices and training centre in Hobart. Scope of works involved construction of a 5-storey office block to the rear of the existing buildings, including demolition of pre-existing structures, asbestos removal, underpinning, lift installation, and offices & training rooms fitout.

The site was in the busy business district and beside a hospital on one of Hobart’s primary roads. This required great attention and care as access was very limited and involved strict management of noise, dust & traffic.
