Macquarie Builders won the contract with Jones Lang LaSalle to complete an internal demolition and re-fit of the ACCC office building on the second floor of 111 Macquarie Street in Hobart. Works consisted of demolition, joinery, workstation and loose furniture installation, partitioning and screens, and security, electrical and mechanical services.
