109-113 Liverpool Street – Commercial Redevelopment

This project consisted of a major internal demolition and new internal structure of the existing building in Liverpool Street. The new fit out consists of works over two levels, with 6 ground floor tenancies and 4 level 1 tenancies, with a lift installation for access to each. We completed the base building works for each tenancy including all service installations. Remedial works have also been completed to the building’s façade and new shop fronts installed. There are modern amenities throughout as well as LED lighting, double glazed perimeter windows and glass shopfront entry, with modern and restored finishes.
