Macquarie Builders were selected to negotiate the construction of a new General Practice Clinic, Pathology & Commercial Tenancy in Brighton, Tasmania. This project demonstrates the team’s exceptional capability and commitment to delivering large-scale builds with confidence.

Scope of works consisted of 12 contemporary General Practice consulting rooms, integrated Pathology services, spacious waiting rooms, native landscaping, and substantial civil works. The exemplary planning, documentation and execution of all aspects of work health and safety on this time-critical project are to be commended.

The state-of-the-art facility is designed to optimize patient comfort and well-being, promote natural light, and enhance operational efficiency. The State Government are providing better access to Healthcare Services in regional and rural Tasmania, and the new development contributes an invaluable asset to healthcare infrastructure.
