Ninja Stadium – North & South Entry Gates Refurbishment

Macquarie Builders were chosen for the refurbishment of the North and South entry gates at Ninja Stadium in Bellerive, Tasmania. This project exemplifies the builder’s skill in managing complexity with precision and care.

Scope of work consisted of demolition, concrete works, structural steel work, and electrical services. The job required extraordinary attention to detail, carefully scheduled pours, and the architectural team demanding perfect symmetry and a minimum of visible fixings and services, with many bespoke details requiring builder input to establish how they could be achieved.

Being the main sporting facility in Southern Tasmania, the refurbishment will enhance user experience, provide advantages for sports organisations and the wider community, as well as contribute to local economic results. The success of the finished project, constructed to an uncompromisingly high standard, reflects the skill with which it has been completed, all while meeting budget and program requirements. The project was completed in November 2023.
