This resort style development was the brainchild of Frank and John Sikkema. It was built to be a residential landmark in Kingston, where Frank and John grew up.

The development comprises 37 architect designed townhouses. The central communal area has a full size tennis court and swimming pool.

Macquarie Builders were responsible for the following:

• Project Management

This resort style development is a joint venture that Macquarie Builders is currently working on. It comprises of 52 architect designed townhouses and a community centre. At the time of writing four stages of the development were completed with 34 townhouses being occupied.
